Internal and External Power Supply

NOTE: HARDWARE REVISION 3 OF S7-PCI315 PLC CAN BE SUPPLIED VIA PCI WITH 5V ONLY. HARDWARE REVISION 4 OF S7-PCI315 PLC CAN BE SUPPLIED VIA PCI WITH 5V OR 3.3V.

The S7-PCI315 PLC can be supplied by 5 V or 3.3 V (via PCI) or by an additional power supply externally with 24 V. The permitted voltage range for external powering is 18 … 30 V.
