Dependency on TwinCAT-IO for S7-SoftPLC service
If the S7-SoftPLC is started as service and uses the TwinCAT-IO-driver, it may happen that the S7-SoftPLC is loaded prior to TwinCAT-IO and therefore can't use the IO-driver. The PLC stops and must be restarted manual.
To prevent this, the service must have a dependency on TwinCAT-IO.
Therefore open the regedit and add the value "TwinCAT System Service" to the key "DependOnService" located at
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\CPUS7
The service will now be started, after the service "TwinCAT System Service" is running.
