For the Mitsubishi control to be accessible via OPC UA, the SLMP Connection module must be inserted with the GX Works configuration software:

The settings for Opening Method must be set to Do not Open by Program
Please note that these settings Opening Method are only available for the iQ-R series (and the older System Q). On the FX5U, these parameters cannot be configured.
